National Background Data Announces Nation's Largest Private Criminal Records

OCALA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2001
National Background Data, LLC (NBD), a privately held company, today
announced it has assembled what it believes to be the largest collection of
criminal records outside of the FBI. This collection includes 35 statewide
criminal records databases from 30 states, 27 states on line, with more on
order. All reports are available immediately and are Fair Credit Reporting
Act-compliant.

The National Background Directory(TM) includes criminal background

has online are from states with more than 60% of the US population and include
more than 30 million criminal records. In the coming year, NBD anticipates
having more than 100 statewide databases online from as many as 45 states and
the District of Columbia that cover about 95% of the US population. NBD believes
